Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, we will start the production. As we are wholesaler, it normally take a few weeks for productions which are different for different products. Please contact your customer service representatives about the details. After the production is done, we will inform you the shipping cost and send the goods to you as soon as you pay for it. You can choose to ship via DHL, UPS or FedEx or any other logistic companies you like.
Please note: GOLDEN EYELASH CO., LTD iis consistently mindful of every order, from the moment you place the order until the minute your package picked up by the courier company. However, we are unable to control the courier companies, which means that there may be unavoidable delays/damaged packages/lost packages due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. When you come across above situation, please don’t worry, our team member will be here to correct the issues and ensure a trouble-free experience for you.
Shipping Method:
We can ship our products by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT. In usual, without special require, we use UPS for shipment. It is the fastest and softest. It will take 1-2 days to arrive in USA/Canada, and 3 days to arrive in U.K/France/Netherlands/Germany.
Shipping and Delivery Time:
For Stock products------ We can ship out all available stock wigs immediately after receiving the payment. It will take 1-2 days to USA/Canada, and 3 days to U.K/France/Netherlands/Germany. For other area, we can check for you before shipment.
For Custom Orders------ In usual, for normal orders, it will take 3 to 4 weeks working days for production. But in usual, for different order require, there is a little different for delivery date. We can also accept rush (15 days) and super rush orders (10-12days). There is an extra charge for them.
For Accessories------ (Including lace frontals, top closures, machine wefts, hand-tied wefts, skin wefts, bulk hair and pre-tipped hair). In usual, it will take about 15 days to produce. We can also accept rush orders for 10 days production time.
